1. Exchanges
Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Self-Shipping for Exchange

2. Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
- Products that are visibly used, worn, or resend in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
Shipping Instructions
- Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
- Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
- Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
4. Terms and Conditions
- If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 48 hours.
